Energy Audit

Energy Audit is a study conducted to identify where, when and how much energy is being consumed in the business as well as how to lower the organisation’s energy costs.

It systematic documented verification process that objectively obtains and evaluates energy audit evidence in accordance with energy audit standards followed by transmission of result to the client (CIPEC 2002)

Our energy audit has been implemented by following Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) guidance who have a basic understanding of energy audits and it meets criteria of the Efficient Management of Electrical Energy Regulation 2008 (EMEER).

Type of energy audits:

  1. Walkthrough/Preliminary Energy Audit
    • Examines a facility’s air conditioning, lighting, metering, building automation and maintenance for energy savings depending on the building’s size, complexity and scope. The calculations have been estimated by using Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs).
  2. Detailed Energy Audit
    • A detailed energy audit analyses current energy use, system performance, and prospective energy-saving measures. It provides an estimated cost and simple payback times for all recommended ECMs.
