What is energy efficiency?

Energy efficiency, the cheapest and easiest way to solve a crisis in energy resources.

Energy efficiency is the process of reducing the amount of energy required to provide the same level of service or output. Energy efficiency can help save costs, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and improve the quality of life.

One of the key challenges in energy efficiency is to identify and eliminate energy waste, which can occur due to various factors such as inefficient equipment, poor design, improper operation, or lack of awareness. To address this challenge, it is essential to make energy visible, meaning to measure, monitor, and manage the energy consumption of different loads and systems in a building or facility.

Our Solutions step

1. Energy Audit & Report

Conduct a thorough audit of the whole building for energy consumption using data logging for a minimum of 14 days. Establish an energy baseline from the audit findings and identify the potential areas for improvement

2. Energy Monitoring System

Provide real-time continuous data monitoring of all related energy loads in the exchange building throughout the contract period. Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to centralize and facilitate the maintenance operations and optimize the utilization and availability of physical equipment.

3. Cool-Air Waste Management

Check, re-instate, improve or modify the ceiling openings, floor holes, exhaust fan holes and wall openings to reduce or stop cool-air wastage. Install automated door closures, glass tinted, and temperature loggers/sensors to enhance the thermal management of the building.

4. Cooling System Replacement

Replace the existing air-conditioning system in critical rooms with smart system/inverter system, which can adjust the cooling capacity according to the load demand and ambient conditions. This can significantly reduce the energy consumption and improve the reliability of the cooling system.

5. Minimal-CAPEX Initiatives

Conduct awareness training, existing system thorough check-ups, and correct the irregular practices that relate to or contribute to energy wastage. This is a continuous and ongoing activity to ensure the sustainability of the energy saving performance.

6. Monthly Reporting & Billing

Prepare a summary of data analysis from the EMS system and submit a report and billing to client. Provide recommendations and feedback for further improvement and optimization of the energy efficiency management
